WE GIVE THIS MOVIE A...
SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME
HITS HOME HARD! (THAT'S A GOOD THING BTW)

Spider-Man: Far From Home is the 23rd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and tells the story of Peter Parker, a.k.a. Spider-Man and his vacation to Europe following the decimation and "blip" and his run-in with Nick Fury to stop a threat while in Europe. With the events of Endgame changing the shape of the MCU, the world has Peter Parker taking Tony Stark's mantle by force and we feel Peter's emotions and we feel for him. With this movie, we see Peter's desires, but also what the world needs of him and we see him needing to make a choice. This movie...if the MCU Phase 3 was a big buffet, Far From Home was the desert that topped the entire meal, and was a great transition point to exit phase 3 and enter phase 4 with.

Spider-Man: Far From Home has both an amazing cast and amazing character choices. We see the development of Peter between Homecoming and Far From Home and we see how much he has grown. We also see how much some of his relationships have grown and we see how his responsibility (or rather, how much he has to be responsible for) increases. The entire story hinges on that growth. We know he still has some more growing to do, but we see the point he has reached and how it was good enough for certain events to occur within the movie (certain events being used to avoid spoiling it). Also, many of the interactions and relationships will shock you, but a lot of the character interactions and their chemistry will have you crying at certain points, especially seeing the growth between two certain characters from the last movie and this one. Yes, we still have the comedic duo of Peter and Ned, but we also have so much more to look forward to. Speaking of looking forward, look forward to who else Ned hangs with.
It even helps that the main villain of the movie is even a callback to those we have seen of the Iron Man movies, and we see how Peter has to inherit that threat. The handling of this villain for the movie is a real tool that is used to put Peter to the test. We see how it challenges Peter and we see how much Peter has to overcome through this threat. We see how much is at stake for him, and it does not help that someone is behind him. I really cannot say much, but I highly recommend you see the movie for yourself to see what I am talking about.

Endgame may have been the hit of the year, but I think Spider-Man: Far From Home dethrones it. If Spider-Man is to be the face of the MCU from here on out, then I am all for it thanks to this movie. It was the best and gets the best score to prove it (10/10).
FUN FACTS ABOUT THE FILM
- J.K. Simmons reprises his role of J. Jonah Jameson from the Sam Raimi trilogy of Spider-Man films. This is the first time an actor portraying a character outside the MCU reprises their role for the MCU.

- Some of the suits in the movie appear as DLC for the Spider-Man game for the PS4, such as the new black and red recolor.

- Several scenes are cut from the movie, some which are parts of the trailers that have been released. The reason being that they are to appear in the movie's home release as a separate short detailing some of Peter's tasks to complete prior to his trip.
